ARMS / Block Station

The block station is a universal trainer designed to train the lower latissimus dorsi, rhomboid muscles, the middle and lower traps, for the isolated study of the pectoral muscles, triceps, biceps, shoulder and leg muscles using various block handles. The grooved surface of the footrests securely fixes the athlete's feet, and the polyurethane rollers fix the knees.
